These partnerships included discounts on fuel, airtime, and merchandise. The bank also held a series of workshops and financial literacy sessions designed to empower customers with valuable money management knowledge. The topics covered ranged from budgeting and saving to investment and financial planning. “We want our customers to not only bank with us but also thrive financially,” said Mr. Paul Kavuma, the Head of Customer Experience at Centenary Bank. “We believe that these initiatives will contribute to their growth and prosperity.” The Customer Week celebration was met with overwhelming appreciation from Centenary Bank’s customers. Many expressed their gratitude for the recognition and the special offers made available to them.
