Central and local government officials attending National Resistance Movement (NRM) regional meetings in Mbale town have been urged to improve monitoring of government projects in their respective areas to ensure good quality – price.

The meeting which brought together regional leaders of the Uganda Parliament, area NRM MPs, local councils and other regional leaders from Eastern Uganda was organized by the Government Affairs Office of Parliament. ++Its objective is to improve the efficiency and effective implementation of government programs.
