Ontario Woman Flees to Manitoba with 3 Children, RCMP Issue Amber Alert A woman from Ontario has fled to Manitoba with her three young children, prompting the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to issue an Amber Alert. The woman, identified as 34-year-old Chelsey Alexis Boudreault, is believed to have traveled to Manitoba with her children: * 5-year-old boy, Bentley Boudreault * 2-year-old girl, Harper Boudreault * 9-month-old boy, Maximus Boudreault The children were last seen on April 21, 2023 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The woman, whose name has not been released, was arrested in Winnipeg on Friday. She is charged with three counts of child abduction and one count of failing to comply with a court order. The children, ages 12, 10 and 6, were taken from their home in Kitchener, Ontario, on May 10. The children’s father reported them missing the next day. Police say the woman had been involved in a custody dispute with the father of the children. A court order had been issued prohibiting her from taking the children out of Ontario. The children were found safe and unharmed in Winnipeg. They have been returned to their father. The woman is scheduled to appear in court in Winnipeg on Monday.
