Tusker Lite Mt Rwenzori Marathon Partners with Rotary’s Race Against Cancer The Tusker Lite Mt Rwenzori Marathon has announced a strategic partnership with Rotary’s Race Against Cancer (RAC). This collaboration aims to enhance the marathon’s impact on the fight against cancer in Uganda. The Tusker Lite Mt Rwenzori Marathon is an annual event held in Kasese district, at the foot of the majestic Mt Rwenzori. The marathon attracts thousands of runners from across the country and the world, raising funds for various charitable causes. RAC is a global initiative of Rotary International dedicated to fighting cancer through prevention, early detection, and treatment. The organization works in partnership with local communities and healthcare professionals to implement sustainable programs. The partnership between the Tusker Lite Mt Rwenzori Marathon and RAC will see the marathon become a platform for raising awareness about cancer prevention and early detection. RAC will also provide support for cancer screening and treatment initiatives in Kasese district and beyond.
